VondrISE Co. was founded by Tavondria Moss, an insurance professional with more than a decade of experience in property & casualty underwriting, compliance, product analysis, and rate-and-form work across both commercial and personal lines.
Her career spans roles in commercial auto and trucking underwriting, rate manual development, and product analysis at carriers and managing general agents. She is also a doctoral candidate pursuing a dual MBA/DBA, with research focused on how insurance professionals re-enter the workforce after redundancy — the very problem the flagship hiring platform was built to address.
